Printpack is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Human Resources Manager. This position is located in Villa Rica, Georgia and reports to the Human Resources Operations Manager. Requirements

  • Strong Conflict Resolution Skills
  • Self-Starter with the ability to independently prioritize the needs of the plant and the HR function
  • Trusted resource and talent coach to support plant leadership
  • Effective oral and written communication across multiple levels within the Organization
  • Proficient analytical skills to assess and analyze talent analytics
  • Business acumen
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Social Sciences or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Safety champion
  • Help with safety program compliance by working with the campus Safety Manager
  • Support and maintain Trust, Collaboration, and Teamwork across campus and functional groups
  • Support, build, and maintain associate engagement at all levels
  • Implement and maintain the Human Resources Development process, which includes: Job descriptions and analysis, Performance evaluations, Individual development plans, Career development, Associate engagement and promotion, Benefits and salary administration.
  • Oversee compliance with all corporate policies/procedures, and all applicable local, state and federal laws as they relate to Human Resources.
  • Serve as a link to community resources.
  • Support the Human Resources needs of the associates located in Villa Rica.
  • Act as an HR Business Partner to the Villa Rica management team
  • Help support VR Campus activities
