The role is an active, approved vacancy within the organization and is intended to support current staffing needs. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for contributing to developing People & Culture strategies, overseeing all day-to-day HR activities, and providing thought leadership. In close partnership with the Director, Human Resources supports all initiatives, and programs for the organization including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Engagement & Communications, DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), Policies, Employee Relations, Compliance and Total Rewards.
