The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and managing HR support staff to ensure efficient and compliant HR administration across the organization. This role serves as a strategic and operational leader responsible for employee services, payroll administration support, benefits administration, HR compliance, and policy management. The Human Resources Manager ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws while supporting organizational goals and employee experience initiatives. The Human Resources Manager also serves as the organization’s 401(k) Plan Administrator and Trustee, manages employee benefit programs, oversees leave administration, and directly handles key compliance and payroll-related responsibilities.
