About The Position

A full-time opportunity is open for a qualified professional to oversee the HR operations at a senior living facility with 210 employees. As the Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities will include leading “People” initiatives such as hiring, employee retention, workplace relations, training, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. Additionally, you will foster a positive workplace environment and support the Chief Executive Officer and leadership team on all personnel matters by providing coaching and collaborating on related projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Five to seven years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior generalist capacity.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or an equivalent professional certification is required.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, and wage & hour regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to address complex employee relations matters.

  • Masters Degree preferred.
