The role of the Human Resources Manager is fundamental within our rapidly growing organization, which is characterized by its dynamic growth and supported by a foundational infrastructure that is in its early stages. This position is dedicated to overseeing the entire spectrum of the employee lifecycle, playing a pivotal role as a direct business partner, and leading the charge in establishing and executing a wide array of essential human resources initiatives for a defined geographic region. These encompass onboarding, performance management, employee relations, offboarding, as well as matters relating to labor regulations and compliance. This role will support our regional retail team in Arizona and will work a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week in office or in the field. Given the nature of our employee base, there may also be instances where you will be required to support our team outside of traditional business hours based on employee shift schedules.
