The Human Resources Manager is responsible for executing both the day-to-day and strategic functions of Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail. This role oversees core HR operations including recruitment, payroll, benefits, leave administration, policy enforcement, employee wellbeing and employee relations. Reporting to the CEO and Managing Principals, the Human Resources Manager manages all aspects of HR while serving as a trusted partner to leadership and employees. The position ensures coordination of HR activities, compliance with applicable labor laws, and alignment with firm policies and procedures. This role balances detailed transactional work with broader organizational initiatives, supporting performance management, talent development, workplace safety, recognition, and employee engagement. The Human Resources Manager builds positive internal and external stakeholder relationships and actively participates in leadership discussions to support consistent, compliant, and rewarding employee experience. This position can be 32 - 40 hours per week, and optional remote work on Monday and Fridays.
