Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager works with all human resources staff to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource department including recruitment, employee relations, reward and recognition, health and safety, and training and development. The person will have direct responsibility for a segment of the employee population for all HR related needs. Additionally, the Human Resources Manager focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as maintains compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.
