Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
- 7+ years of HR experience; including recruiting and previous people management experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Workday knowledge a plus.
- Knowledgeable of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations for 750+ warehouse, sales, facilities and office employees.
- Partner with hiring managers to execute on high-growth recruitment strategies.
- Build, coach and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Provide input on employee relations and matters of corrective action.
- Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistent application.
