Child Care of the Berkshires (CCB) is seeking an organized, friendly, and proactive Human Resources professional to lead the day-to-day HR functions of our mission-driven organization. This position plays a key role in supporting staff, strengthening workplace culture, and ensuring that our policies and practices align with both regulatory requirements and our commitment to children and families. The Human Resources Manager will be hands-on, responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment/hiring/onboarding, employee benefits and compliance. This role requires someone who is approachable, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.
