PAM Health is opening a new hospital in Fall 2026 and is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. This role offers competitive rates and a comprehensive benefits package. The HR Manager will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of HR policies, programs, and practices within the assigned hospital(s). This role is the primary human resource professional at the hospital level, acting as the face of HR in the hospital and community. The HR Manager is accountable for planning, organizing, developing, implementing, coordinating, and managing complex human resource interventions to support the facility's goals. Responsibilities include diversified assignments in benefits, compensation, employment, employee development, employee relations, federal and state employment regulations, hiring, firing, disciplinary matters, and other related activities. The role requires regular exercise of independent judgment and discretion in overseeing human resources functions and making significant HR decisions or recommendations.
