We are seeking an Human Resources Manager (Business Partner) to join our DVCH HR team. This role serves as a hands-on HR leader and trusted business partner to site leadership, translating business needs into practical people solutions. This role provides leadership and direction across the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and retention, employee relations and risk mitigation, unemployment compensation, performance management, HR systems, and organizational development. This role manages HR staff, serves as a key advisor to leadership, and ensures that HR policies and practices align with DVCH’s mission, culture, and compliance requirements.
