About The Position
Triad Machinery is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Human Resources Manager at our Portland, Oregon branch. For more than 30 years, Triad Machinery has been a Pacific Northwest leader in forestry, cranes, and construction equipment. From sales to service, parts to administration, our team members are the lifeblood of the Triad Machinery family.
Requirements
- 4 Year College Degree, Human resource Management or related field
- Prefer 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management role
- Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR credential is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
Responsibilities
- All aspects of recruitment and hiring processes
- On-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors, investigating and resolving any employee concerns
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Identifies and coordinate company-level training requirements
- Maintains accurate applicant and employee records
- Assists employees with all benefit programs, coordinating the benefits open enrollment cycle
- Manages the full-cycle, semi-monthly payroll process.
