Position Summary: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive Human Resources related programs, support and services. The Human Resources Manager must maintain current knowledge of legal requirements, be able to resolve complex Human Resources issues, analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, consult with site leadership and provide overall Human Resources guidance and support. Responsibilities will include recruitment, developing and implementing retention strategies, employee relations, Workers' Compensation and FMLA administration, new hire orientation, performance management, site communications, and training as well as some administrative functions. Direct reports include a Human Resources Coordinator and a Payroll Coordinator. This is a full-time onsite role located at our Springfield, MO facility
