This role will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, manage new hire orientation and onboarding programs, ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws across multiple jurisdictions, and provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
