About The Position

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient October 2026. This position provides operational and consultative support to hospital management at all levels on a daily basis. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the hospital’s human resources policies, programs, and practices, including recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and safety and health. This role involves developing human resources policies and procedures, directing their implementation, and advising management and employees on human resources-related questions or problems.

Requirements

• Previous Human Resources management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames

Nice To Haves

• Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
• Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices

Responsibilities

• Provides operational and consultative support to hospital management at all levels on a daily basis.
• Responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the hospital’s human resources policies, programs, and practices including recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and safety and health.
• Develops human resources policies and procedures.
