About The Position

This role drives outcomes in talent acquisition, total rewards administration, employee relations, and risk management.

Requirements

• 7-10 years HR generalist experience with broad hands-on ownership
• Expert-level knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations
• Demonstrated strength in employee relations, benefits administration, and recruiting

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting (exempt/non-exempt)
• Benefits and 401(k) plan administration
• Business insurance oversight
• Policy development and updates
• EEO/AAP, ADA, FMLA, ACA, and related compliance
• Payroll administration and government reporting
• Employee communications and recordkeeping
• Safety program administration (federal/state and OSHA)
• Workers' compensation
• Advising leaders on employee matters
