Requirements

Expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment
Proficiency in Performance Management, Policy Development, and HR Compliance, Annual Reporting
Strong skills in Organizational Development, Training, and Employee Engagement
Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and workplace regulations, including Labor Laws for several states, ACA, OPFL
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar HR leadership role is required - at least 5 years of experience
Responsible for employees in Oregon, Idaho, California, Washington, Texas, Montana, Georgia, Arizona Kansas and Nevada

Nice To Haves

HR Certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred

Oversee and execute HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with leadership and support employee development initiatives.
Oversee training, payroll and benefits.
Workers Compensation administration.
Benefits Management.
401K administration.
UI Hearings and BOLI claims.
