Wis-Pak, a leading manufacturer and distributor of some of the nation's most recognized beverage brands, is seeking a Human Resource Manager for our bottling plant in Norfolk, NE. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, this role supports the day-to-day human resources needs of the facility and serves as a resource for employees and supervisors. The Human Resource Manager supports employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives that support plant operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field and 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within manufacturing, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, or a similar production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, leadership coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support plant leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.
  • Coordinate and administer recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention activities to help meet staffing needs.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting timely and fair investigations and resolving workplace concerns.
  • Support performance management processes, employee development activities, and corrective action administration.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, company policies, and required HR documentation and reporting.
  • Track and analyze workforce data, including turnover, attendance, and staffing metrics, and provide recommendations to improve results.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and communication programs that contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, and other departments to support workforce needs and plant objectives.
  • Assist with succession planning, training initiatives, and leadership development programs.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned to support the facility and broader HR team.
