The Human Resources Manager, under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, is primarily responsible for workforce planning, compensation governance, complex employee relations, succession planning, culture, compliance, HR analytics and executive KPI reporting, and evaluating the human resources department. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing personnel management, including wage increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies. This position will also determine staffing requirements and participate in the recruitment process. This individual will comply with provincial and federal legislation, company and health and safety policies and ISO/IATF quality program and procedures.
