About The Position

This job partners with Comcast Business Ops organizations and HR teams to drive strategic HR initiatives, coordinating recruitment, compliance, benefits, and compensation. Responsibilities

• Counseling managers and supervisors on HR policy interpretation and administration to ensure consistent application
• Administering HR policies and procedures across the organization to support all employee levels
• Overseeing employee relations, managing issues, and maintaining a positive organizational climate
• Assisting with employee counseling, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution to uphold fair practices
• Recommending innovative HR approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance service efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant state, local, and federal employment laws and guidelines
• Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with overarching business initiatives
• Administering compensation programs, conducting job analysis and evaluations, and supporting performance management processes.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
