The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and executing all HR functions for a multi-state caregiver staffing agency supporting clinical and non-clinical caregivers (CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, RNs, LPNs, and support staff). This role serves as a strategic and operational HR partner, ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws, healthcare regulatory requirements, credentialing standards, and staffing-specific workforce demands. The HR Manager will oversee employee relations, compliance, onboarding, credentialing coordination, performance management, policy administration, HRIS optimization, and leadership coaching while supporting rapid hiring cycles, high-volume onboarding, and retention initiatives across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
