About The Position

LTE Care Plus is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our HR operations. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) environments is highly valued.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
Experience managing large, multi-level teams
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience managing change and driving organizational development
Experience with ADP workforce systems
Experience working within ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) organizations

Nice To Haves

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on HR-related matters
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
Lead performance management, employee engagement, and professional development initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll strategies
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality
Build and maintain a strong organizational culture and employer brand
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
