About The Position
Automated Health Systems is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee recruitment operations and support HR strategy and employee lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- 3–5 years of HR management experience required
- Strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- PHR, SPHR, or advanced HR certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruiting, hiring, and onboarding activities
- Manage high-volume recruitment to support staffing needs
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations
- Provide guidance on employee relations and HR practices
- Coordinate HR initiatives and organizational projects
