About The Position

PFC USA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team! This is a hands-on HR leadership role for someone who enjoys partnering with employees and leaders while managing a broad range of HR functions. The HR Manager will oversee and support key areas including: Employee relations and performance management, Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding, Payroll and benefits administration, Compensation and employee recognition programs, FMLA, Colorado FAMLI, and unemployment administration, Employment law and regulatory compliance, HR policies, procedures, and Employee Handbook management, 401(k) administration and annual compliance/audit activities, HRIS management, reporting, and workforce analytics, Employee engagement and retention initiatives, Supervision and development of HR staff, as applicable, Partnership with senior leadership on staffing needs, turnover trends, workforce planning, HR reporting, and organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of progressively responsible professional HR experience
  • Experience managing multiple HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally

Nice To Haves

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Previous HR leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Comfort with and eager to embrace and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making and HR processes

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support employee relations and performance management
  • Manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Administer payroll and benefits
  • Oversee compensation and employee recognition programs
  • Manage FMLA, Colorado FAMLI, and unemployment administration
  • Ensure employment law and regulatory compliance
  • Manage HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook
  • Administer 401(k) and manage annual compliance/audit activities
  • Manage HRIS, reporting, and workforce analytics
  • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Supervise and develop HR staff
  • Partner with senior leadership on staffing needs, turnover trends, workforce planning, HR reporting, and organizational needs
