About The Position

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join the Lighting Manufacturing Team in Kenosha, WI. The Human Resources Manager will support HR initiatives with a specialized focus on Manufacturing. The HR Manager partners with site leadership, employees, and HR to strengthen employee relations, support engagement, and improve organizational effectiveness. This role provides guidance on HR policies and programs, supports site-level initiatives, and helps implement HR processes that align with business and employee needs. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Human Resources, with three direct reports, this position plays an important role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting operational success.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in employee relations, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Strong understanding of HR policies, programs, and processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to partner effectively with site leadership and employees.
Experience managing direct reports is a plus.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
PHR or SPHR certification.
Experience with HRIS systems.
