Requirements

4+ years of progressive HR experience (Generalist, Specialist, or HRBP roles).
A clear desire to step into a management role and take full accountability for the HR department.
Deep understanding of employment laws, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
Excitement about working in a smaller, nimble environment where you get to create systems rather than just maintain them.
Ability to connect authentically with shop floor employees and confidently present ideas to the leadership team.

Responsibilities

Establish formal HR processes, compliance workflows, and performance management systems from the ground up.
Design and execute recruitment strategies to source, interview, and hire the team members who will fuel our expansion.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive workplace environment where employees love to work.
Partner directly with leadership to align human resources strategies with overall business growth goals.
Oversee day-to-day payroll coordination, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations.
