About The Position

This role is responsible for managing human resources functions within a franchisee of the Meadowbrook® system. The Human Resources Manager will oversee talent and recruitment operations, manage the onboarding process, ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, and maintain employee records. The position requires a proactive approach to collaboration with Hiring Managers and a commitment to fostering a positive and organized work environment.

Requirements

1-2 Years of experience
Proficient in Excel, Word, Google Documents, database systems, and ADP Workforce.
Working knowledge of HR practices, employment law basics, and benefits administration.
Solid organizational skills, time-management skills, with attention to detail.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the capability to oversee many aspects of the business in a fast-paced environment.
Must maintain a positive attitude at all times.

Responsibilities

Manage talent and recruitment operations.
Oversee the new hire and orientation process to ensure understanding of HR policies and company requirements.
Utilize the E-Verify system to confirm employment eligibility.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital employee files, including documentation, benefits information, health verification signatures, and disciplinary action records.
Ensure the completion of all onboarding documents, including I-9, W-4, G-4, and the onboarding package.
Track and monitor employee onboarding processes to ensure timely completion and signing of all documentation within a three-day timeframe.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to discuss recruitment needs and staff stores efficiently.
Maintain a friendly presence in all store locations.
