About The Position

Build a winning team behind the team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will help create an engaging workplace by supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and team member development. You will partner with operational leaders to cultivate an inclusive culture while ensuring HR programs align with Levy's standards and business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to support workforce planning and staffing initiatives
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation programs
• Administer employee relations processes and investigations
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Coordinate performance management and employee development initiatives
• Maintain HR records and reporting with accuracy and confidentiality
• Support benefits administration and leave management
• Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
• Assist with training and leadership development programs
