About The Position

In this role, the Human Resources Manager will support the Director of Human Resources in overseeing the day-to-day management and administration of the Human Resources function. Responsibilities include coordinating compliance training, facilitating new hire orientation, conducting audits, and supporting initiatives that enhance team member engagement and operational excellence. This position plays an integral role in delivering exceptional guest service while contributing to the hotel’s overall success and profitability.
