Key responsibilities include delivering targeted training, supporting advanced recruiting and leadership hiring, and collaborating with Centers of Excellence on initiatives such as pay equity, benefits communication, and performance management to optimize talent outcomes. The Manager also works with HR Support Services to resolve complex issues and enhance employee experience. This position provides direct oversight of the facility HR team, with full management responsibilities—including hiring, coaching, performance evaluation, and professional development—to build a high-performing HR team that supports business objectives
