This role involves evaluating current and potential HR issues and needs to deliver strategic responses, partnering with local business leaders on workforce plans, and mediating difficult employee relations issues as a neutral party. Key responsibilities include leading talent management, employee development training, performance reviews, and the annual compensation process. The manager will also communicate benefit-related changes, manage Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) in collaboration with Compliance and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams for OFCCP audits, and measure performance using the HR scorecard. Additionally, the role involves partnering with the TA team on staffing strategies and other duties as assigned.
