About The Position

Building that kind of team takes someone who leads with both heart and precision. As our HR Manager, you'll own the day-to-day heartbeat of our Human Resources department- employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, and supportive partnership- across all ACC locations. You won't just be enforcing policy; you'll be the trusted voice managers turn to when things get complicated, and the steady presence employees count on when they need to be heard. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves building relationships and helping leaders grow, who can sit with an employee through a hard conversation with care, and who believes that strong communication and solid policy aren't at odds- they're how you protect people.
