About The Position
Three Trails Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Human Resources Manager to provide professional-level support to key human resource functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and workforce development. This role ensures that all HR activities comply with State and Federal laws, licensing and accreditation bodies, and facility contracts. Three Trails Behavioral Hospital will serve children and adolescents, adults and seniors with innovative and evidence-based inpatient behavioral healthcare focused on individual needs and comfort. The facility is scheduled to open in September 2026.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
- 3 years HR experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Understanding of Federal and State employment laws and regulations related to HR.
Nice To Haves
- 5 years of healthcare experience preferred.
- PHR, SPHR or GPHR certification preferred.
- Knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) standards preferred.
