About The Position

This role is a key strategic and operational position responsible for leading human capital initiatives that drive culture, engagement, and compliance across the organization. You will partner with management to implement HR strategies, support talent management, and ensure adherence to employment laws. This position emphasizes creating a positive workplace experience, fostering diversity and inclusion, and supporting professional development. You will leverage HR analytics to guide decision-making, address workforce challenges, and support organizational growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will champion initiatives that enhance employee experience and strengthen the company’s human capital practices. This is an on-site role offering the opportunity to influence HR strategy at a corporate level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, including exposure to talent management, total rewards, and employee relations
  • Knowledge of HR disciplines, culture practices, employment law, and HR technology platforms (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
  • Strong critical thinking, deductive reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to provide unbiased guidance in challenging situations
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

  • Certified credentials from SHRM are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with management to educate, coach, and implement HR strategies and priorities
  • Promote a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, and well-being
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and professional development
  • Serve as an HR advisor for workplace issues, providing guidance and recommending solutions
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards and Talent Management teams to address workforce challenges and implement HR programs
  • Utilize HR analytics dashboards to identify trends, assess workforce needs, and recommend actionable solutions
  • Support workforce integration during new business acquisitions and lead special HR projects as required
