The HR Manager at CCS is a critical partner to the leaders and employees at our branches to help drive culture, engagement, employee satisfaction and retention. This position plays a key support role in ensuring that HR policies and procedures are communicated, implemented properly and consistently at all stages of the employee life cycle. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 plus years of experience in an HRBP role with similar responsibilities.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
- Proven experience in managing workers' compensation processes.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail, collaboration skills and the ability to contribute within a team setting.
- Experience in employee relations and change management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations regarding workers' compensation.
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and policies.
- Provide guidance and support in handling employee relations matters.
- Coach and guide managers in effective people management practices.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment across teams.
- Assist in the development of strategies to minimize workplace injuries and improve overall employee safety.
- Partner with employees, supervisors, and external partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and other personal files.
- Facilitate effective communication in support of Spanish-speaking employees across the organization.
