This posting reflects an existing vacancy within our Niagara Falls location. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing key human resources functions to support CWD’s people strategy and business objectives. This role will focus on performance management, recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, and HR operations, while leading initiatives and projects that have a high impact on the organization. The HR Manager will also lead the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure operational excellence. This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours a week on-site. Our hours of operation are 8:15am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
