About The Position
The Human Resources Manager will formulate and manage programs related to selection, training, promotion, and other employer/employee relationships. This role involves interviewing job applicants, developing personnel record forms, adjusting disputes and grievances, and recommending disciplinary actions. The manager will also analyze, classify, and evaluate jobs, administer employee welfare and recreation services, and serve as an advisor to executive staff on personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organizational changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience required.
- At least 2 Years of Healthcare Experience required.
- Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; pay practices and techniques, review techniques; training methods.
- Familiar with the labor market for recruitment and understanding of accreditation standards.
- Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws required.

- Master's Degree preferred.
