About The Position
The Human Resources Manager-Westfield is responsible for leading the Westfield plant HR Department; ensuring that the HR team is knowledgeable and provides appropriate support to the Westfield plant; and developing initiatives designed to improve culture, recruiting, and human capital management within the Westfield plant.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree
- 3+ years of experience in exempt-level human resources role(s)
- Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate work within schedule constraints and handle emergent requirements in a timely manner
- Demonstrated direct management and leadership of a team
- Proficient in both oral and written communication
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/other e-mail software
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a manufacturing setting, especially within the food industry
- Experience as an HR Manager within a food manufacturing facility
