This role drives business performance through strong HR expertise, including talent strategy, workforce planning, employee relations leadership, and performance management. Partnering closely with field leaders, the Senior HR Manager translates business priorities into practical people solutions that strengthen leadership capability, improve operational results, and mitigate risk. Operating within a collaborative national HR structure, this role partners with peer HR leaders, HR Generalists, COEs, and Legal to ensure consistent, high-impact HR support across the organization.
