Requirements

  • 4 yrs experience working closely with details of various leave types
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws regarding leaves and ADA regulations.
  • Proficient with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office sw.
  • High attention to detail for handling confidential and sensitive data, data entry, and record management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain complex information to employees with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee company’s comprehensive processes for various leaves and accommodations – guiding employees through the documentation process, continuous communication flow and facilitate a smooth return-to-work process for employee and department management.
  • Generate and manage reporting metrics and analytics for various leave types and ADA accommodation.
  • Determine eligibility and administer leave programs and policies in alignment with federal and state employment laws.
  • Work closely with Payroll Dept in coordinated paid time off with disability payments.
  • Ensure HIPAA and employee privacy guidelines are upheld.
  • Process claims, working closely with employees, department management and TPA regarding work restrictions and accommodations.
  • Collaborate closely with department and employee on leave ensuring an interactive and accommodation process in place.
