As part of our internship program, you will have the opportunity to participate in: Talent Acquisition Support Assist with sourcing candidates and screening resumes Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications Support onboarding activities HR Reporting Collect and analyze HR data for regular reports Help maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy Prepare presentations and summaries for management Update HR dashboards Job Description Creation Draft and update job descriptions for various roles Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements Ensure job descriptions are compliant and engaging Work on Titling project for Claims AI Experimentation Explore Use of AI for HR tasks Provide feedback on AI tool effectiveness Assist in implementing AI solutions for HR processes Workplace Investigations Assistance Support HR staff in conducting workplace investigations Document findings and maintain confidentiality Assist with follow-up actions and reporting Talent Review & Succession Planning Support Assist HR Business Partners in organizing and preparing for talent review meetings Help gather and analyze employee data to identify high-potential talent and development needs Support the documentation and tracking of succession plans Prepare materials and reports for talent discussions Chubb is a world leader in insurance.
