About The Position

Lincoln Electric's Euclid, OH location is looking for bright, driven individuals to join our Human Resources Internship. This program is designed to connect your academic foundation with real-world, hands-on experience, allowing you to 'Be the Linc' between your education and a future in advanced manufacturing, innovation, and leadership. The Human Resources Internship offers a dynamic opportunity to explore multiple HR disciplines while working in a hybrid environment (in office three days a week). You’ll gain real-world experience, being immersed in meaningful projects that impact our people and culture. No matter your interest within the HR function, this internship is designed to help you grow your business acumen, expand your network, and solution for our most complex HR challenges.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Eligible to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources.
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and professionalism in an HR environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work on projects related to HR Operations, including performance management, employee life-cycle management, and HR service delivery.
  • Engage in Talent Acquisition activities such as recruitment, onboarding, early careers programs, and employer branding.
  • Contribute to Talent Development initiatives like workforce planning, learning effectiveness, and organizational capability building.
  • Participate in Global Communication efforts, including internal communications strategy, employee engagement, and culture communications.
  • Assist with HR Technology projects, such as HR systems strategy and optimization, process automation, and document management platforms.
  • Support Total Rewards functions, including compensation and benefits strategy, employee value proposition, and skills-based pay programs.
