About The Position

The Human Resources Intern will support the Global People Support team, which is responsible for managing global compensation and benefits, employment policies, global mobility, global information systems, and HR metrics and analytics. The Human Resources Operations team ensures seamless HR operations, supports mission-driven projects, and drives innovative solutions to enhance productivity and support IJM’s people. The Human Resources Intern will gain hands-on experience and relevant professional experience in the field.

Requirements

  • Completed at least two years of undergraduate study by the start of their internship.
  • At least one prior professional internship experience or significant leadership experience in extracurricular, campus, volunteer, or community-based organizations.
  • Ability to commit to a schedule consistent with the required time commitment (20, 30, or 40 hours per week during standard business hours).
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations and principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
