Our internship program is designed to give you real-world exposure, not just observation. Interns are expected to work at least three days per week in our Nashua, NH office and commit to the full duration of the program. This opportunity is open to rising seniors only. Job Overview The Human Resources intern will be a dynamic and motivated individual who is curious about getting into the Human Resources world! Interns should bring energy and enthusiasm to core HR functions, including recruitment onboarding support and employee engagement initiatives. The HR intern will play an active role in supporting a positive workplace culture while assisting with projects around maintaining personnel records, training coordination, and policy compliance. The HR intern should be eager to contribute to talent acquisition efforts focusing on offer letter creation, operating in our applicant tracking system posting jobs, assisting with onboarding efforts and employee experience strategies, while gaining hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle.
