About The Position

We are currently seeking an enrolled Human Resources (HR) student in their Junior or Senior year who is detail-oriented and self-motivated to support our growing team. Through this internship, you will have the unique opportunity to develop, participate in, and learn about key roles and functions within the HR field, including recruitment, employee engagement, talent development, and other HR operations. This opportunity is designed for individuals seeking real, hands-on HR experience in a technical environment.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a 4-year accredited undergraduate program pursuing a Bachelor’s degree related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Must be available during normal business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong professional writing skills, including the ability to create and edit HR documents and correspondence
  • Highly motivated with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
  • Ability to use data and analytics to inform problem-solving and decision-making
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to delivering quality work
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and time management

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and participating in candidate interviews
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as talent development and employee engagement programs
  • Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation activities
  • Collaborate with administrative team members on day-to-day operations and special projects
