About The Position

As a Human Resources intern at LG Energy Solution, you will focus on specific process improvement projects that directly, support the 2026 corporate strategy with project-oriented task at our state of the art Lithium-Ion battery plant in Holland, MI.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field -Junior or Senior standing
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 GPA or higher
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation
• Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new task and projects
• Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining high degree of confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Supporting HR department with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, spreadsheets and reports
• Updating ERP systems with training records
• Scheduling training sessions and distributing materials
• Setting up orientation for new hires
• Maintaining inventory of training materials
• Performing other duties as assigned
