Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma/GED plus College Degree-seeking student; or recent graduate and <1 year relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and gather feedback from new hires and team leads to assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Serve as a partner and guide within the internship program.
  • Support the coordination and scheduling of training sessions, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
  • Gain hands-on experience in employee training and development.
  • Collaborate with HR professionals and department managers to refine and improve team processes.
  • Develop valuable skills in project management, communication and process improvement.
  • Perform other similar and related duties as assigned.
