About The Position

Overview: The 2026 HR Summer Intern will support the Global HR Team in a variety of areas that may include Talent Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, HR Communications or HR Tools & Processes.

Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related area of study
  • Graduation date must occur December 2026 or later
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
  • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Ability to plan and organize work.
  • Ability to perceive and analyze problems, develop alternatives and make sound recommendations.
  • Ability to work and collaborate across teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask.
  • Independent thinker, self-starter, and a team player.

  • Candidate must be local to the Chicagoland area - this is a hybrid role based out of our Chicago Headquarters Office
