About The Position

Overview: The 2026 HR Summer Intern will support the Global HR Team in a variety of areas that may include Talent Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, HR Communications or HR Tools & Processes.

Requirements

Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related area of study
Graduation date must occur December 2026 or later
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
Ability to plan and organize work.
Ability to perceive and analyze problems, develop alternatives and make sound recommendations.
Ability to work and collaborate across teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment.
Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask.

Candidate must be local to the Chicagoland area - this is a hybrid role based out of our Chicago Headquarters Office
