Requirements

Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree program
Ability to work full-time during Summer 2027

Nice To Haves

Passion for the aerospace industry and interest and enthusiasm for a career at Boeing
Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher)
Previous related internship or work experience and/or involvement with student or civic organizations
Majoring in one of the following: Human Resources, Industrial & Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, Management, Analytics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, or other related fields
The ability to relocate and work onsite

Responsibilities

Human Resources interns support programs and services that help attract, develop, engage, and retain the workforce.
Interns may gain exposure to HR business partnering, talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation, learning and development, HR analytics, or other people-focused programs while collaborating with leaders and HR professionals across the business.
Potential internship assignments may include: HR business support and workforce planning, Talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent programs, Employee engagement, learning, and organizational development, HR analytics, reporting, process improvement, and project support.
