About The Position

The Human Capital Intern will gain exposure to multiple facets of the Human Capital department functional areas. Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in Human Resources, or Business Administration
- Basic understanding of the Human Resources field.
- Effective project management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Assists with the recruiting process and perform tasks such as posting positions on job boards, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and sourcing candidates from job boards.
- Maintains accurate and updated applicant and employee data in company HRIS and reports.
- Completes tasks and projects that will help to improve the effectiveness of the HR department.
- Works closely with HC staff to aid in administration tasks and special projects as needed.
